The Europe Collection
I first caught the travel bug while visiting a few cities around the US during April school vacations as a kid. From then on, Europe had always been an alluring part of the world to visit. So, when I started looking at colleges I knew I wanted the opportunity to study abroad and I ensured that the school I picked would have a few options in Europe.
I first set foot in Europe in September of 2015 to spend a semester abroad at the University College of Dublin and I didn't waste any time venturing out from there to see what else the countries of Europe had to offer. My third weekend there, I took a trip with a roommate to Nice, France and spent a day in Monte Carlo, Monaco while we were there.. 3 countries in 3 weeks, not bad! Over the next 3 months, between weekend trips and a study week break before final exams (I totally studied..) I was able to visit 14 countries in total.
After college, I spent almost a year and a half living in Ireland (see my Ireland Collection), a month backpacking around France, 9 months living in Napoli, Italy and most recently a week-long trip to Portugal.
These photos are a collection of my favorite shots around Europe (excluding Ireland), from the clouds of the Pyrenees Mountains to streets in Slovakia that are older than the US itself.
